Welcome to Safaris for All. By booking a safari or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making any reservations.

1. Booking and Confirmation

  • All safari bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or our website.

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable before the safari starts, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Bookings are subject to availability.

2. Payment

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or other agreed methods.

  • Full payment must be received prior to the safari start date unless otherwise arranged.

  • Safaris will not commence until payment has been received in full.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

  • Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy:

    • More than 30 days before safari: full refund of deposit.

    • 15–30 days before safari: 50% refund.

    • Less than 15 days: no refund.

  • Safaris may be rescheduled in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Safaris for All.

4. Changes to Itinerary

  • While we aim to follow the planned itinerary, Safaris for All reserves the right to make changes due to weather, park regulations, wildlife activity, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Any changes will be communicated promptly and reasonable alternatives will be offered.

5. Health and Safety

  • Travelers must ensure they are fit for safari activities.

  • All recommended vaccinations and health precautions should be observed.

  • Safaris for All is not liable for illness, injury, or accidents during the trip, though every effort will be made to ensure safety.

6. Travel Documents

  • Travelers are responsible for having valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any other documents required to enter Uganda.

  • Safaris for All cannot be held responsible for denied entry or inability to participate due to missing or invalid documentation.

7. Conduct and Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward wildlife, guides, staff, and local communities.

  • Safaris for All reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior endangers themselves, others, or wildlife.

8. Liability

  • Safaris for All acts as a tour operator and facilitator.

  • While we take care to provide high-quality services, we are not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, or government actions.

9. Photography and Media

  • Photographs and videos taken during the safari may be used for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.

10. Acceptance

  • By booking and participating in a safari with Safaris for All, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
